The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just signed a 2-year lease with Beyond Environmental/ Beyond Pure Air at 8109 Gladys Avenue Suite 101. The Tenant was searching for a new location after her current landlord gave her notice that their office would be sold. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE represented the Landlord and facilitated the lease. Ryan listed suites 101 and 103 for the property owner on March 18th and managed to lease both properties with May 1st move-in dates. The other tenant who signed slightly earlier was Any Lab Test Now.
