Closing on Former Pharmacy Building in Kountze, TX

I am pleased to announce the successful closing of the sale of the former Pharm House Drug Company Building, located at 800 S. Pine Street in Kountze, Texas, by the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division. The property was under contract within 2 weeks of the listing agreement being signed. Ryan Harrington of RE/MAX ONE represented the seller, and Benjamin Rodriguez of Triangle Real Estate represented the buyer. The buyer intends to renovate the property and return it to service in the near future.

The RE/MAX One Commercial Division has just finalized a 2-year lease agreement at 2430 West Cardinal Drive, Suite G. The 2,250 SF space offers a combination of office and warehouse within a multi-tenant office warehouse complex.

The new tenant, ITG Communications, is a contracting company specializing in installations for telecommunications providers such as Spectrum. Having experienced significant growth, ITG Communications was actively seeking a larger facility to accommodate their expanding operations. Ryan Harrington of RE/MAX One Commercial Division represented the Landlord in this transaction.
