The property was originally put on the market for lease, but an interested potential Tenant made an offer to purchase that was accepted by the Owners. The building was in average condition and the ground floor is currently leased by Verizon Wireless. The buyer was Clint Brasher who will be moving his law firm into the top floor of the building. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE represented the sellers in the transaction and the buyer was represented by Faiza Anwar with RE/MAX ONE as well.
